I recently received one of your caramel cakes. It arrived neatly packaged and was still frozen. It was moist and absolutely wonderful. I loved the caramel icing.
My brother-in-law lives and works in Memphis. He just got one of your caramel cakes for a family function. I had to let you know how wonderful it was. I hated to eat the last bite. I just had to let you know that I went to Atlanta's Mississippi in the Park Saturday and had the catfish along with your delicious cake.. That was the best cake I have ever put in my mouth!--- and I have made caramet cakes, but that just melted in my mouth- I'm from Como, MS and been though New Albany several times going to see my Mother- I live in Canton, GA now- I'm going to try and stop by the bakery if I get a chance on my travels to and from MS..... I wanted to let you all know that I have, for the first time today, eaten a slice of caramel cake. All my life (I'm 37) I have taken the caramel cake, cut the sides off and eaten just the cake because the caramel was too sweet...well, I tell ya, I slipped up and tasted your caramel while I was cutting it OFF the cake and it was deeeelicious...not to sweet! Most of the time the icing would be so sweet it would make my teeth ache LITERALLY! So, I just wanted to say it was good, the best I've had, and being a cake decorator myself it was moist (after I found out it was shipped!) and arrived very tasty...great cake!
You will never know how excited the people in San Francisco were about the Caramel Cakes at my daughters reception. I even saw one man asking a waiter to please wrap a piece up for him to carry back to his room. They were Perfect. Thank you for all your help.
