Bakers: mix recipes, prepare batters and dough for baking, load and unload ovens, wrap and store products, and clean up station and equipment
Icers: assemble icing machines, mix icing recipes, ice cakes, package and store products, and clean up station and equipment
Prep: prep ingredients for all recipes, inventory all ingredients and supplies, clean up station and equipment
Decorators: mixes icing recipes, decorate cakes and cookies, package and store products, clean up station and equipment
